“Big hall , clean”

“Poor accommodations, yes understand it is low cost. Bought for location because 10 minutes from airport terminal, BUT room floor was really bad, carpet worse, trash baskets unemptyied, NO PHONE in room, left a wakeup call to my cell phone # to catch early flight and offered to pay $5 for the call---- NO CALL. Clean sheets, but POOR for an airport claimed motel.”

“Room wasn't ready at 3pm, had to wait 45 minutes, then needed ground floor because of no handicapped facilities. The room smelled and was not cleaned. I took 31 photos and went to the front desk. I could cancel, but was told I couldn't get my money back as they don't refund. I gave a cash deposit, but was still charged for 2 deposits on my card. TV remote did not work, no battery or cover on the smoke detector. No bottom in the dresser drawer, no fridge or microwave and no ICE in the building,……

“It’s definitely worth getting an upgrade to a Jacuzzi suite they’re the best”

“There was a few spot stains on my bed, but I know the sheet is clean because I went downstairs front desk spoken Marty about it. He did apologize and ask to have someone change my sheet, I said it’s okay just need a cover sheet to cover it so it’s fine. Breakfast is simple and easy like grab and go style. The room even have kitchen build its very convenient to stay longer too bad I only stay for one night. Parking is a lot of spaces.”

“The air conditioner/heater squealed and the pool was on the cold-ish side. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean.”

“So much potential for a throwback motel. Cooling system was out for the whole property and they didn't bother to tell anybody. Needs some updating in general. But no air conditioning in 90 degree weather and not announcing it and making no apologies.”

“Clean spacious room with nice sheets. However, the property only has ONE high chair for young children. Not a very family friendly breakfast. Aimed more at older families and business travelers.”

“Kimberley checked us in and was very helpful and always ready to answer questions. The complaint I have is it is next to impossible to watch TV. It appears you have to login to your own personal accounts to be able to do that and they have very few channels available to watch for free and it's not easy to find them. I would be hesitant to stay there again for this reason.”

“Very nice hotel, nice service, and the room is clean. I was arrived at 12:30, I really apprecate they can accept my early check in. A convenience store near by the hotel, around 10 mins on foot. Nice airport shutle service, call them while arrived, waiting less than 10 mins.”

“The rooms are unique and well maintained. It seems to me that the nicer/larger rooms are not available via Expedia, but rather only via their Website. However the standard room itself was great. Very good strong AC in the standard room. They have beautiful grounds with nice little hikes all around. It was lovely to stay there and be able to hang out on the castle outdoor plaza/patio when the day visitors (for the high tea times) had left.”
